Terms and Conditions for 3rd Eye Forensic Cleaning Inc.

1. Services We provide forensic cleaning services to our clients. Our services are intended to remediate and clean areas that have been exposed to biological hazards, including but not limited to crime scenes, accidents, and infectious disease outbreaks.

2. Payment Payment for our services is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. If payment is not made in full within 30 days of the completion of the work, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

3. Cancellation and Refunds If you need to cancel our services, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, we will refund any payments made. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

4. Liability and Indemnification We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from our services, except as required by law. We are not responsible for any personal property left on the premises during the performance of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with our services.

5. Limitation of Liability Our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

6. Warranty We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address any issues.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which we operate.

8. Changes to These Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
